2. Are linens and towels provided at my vacation home, what else is included?
The following are some of the items included for all reservations :
Firewood – starter kit for properties with fire places (Sep-Apr)
Towels (3 sizes) (# of towels depends on property’s sleeping capacity)
Hand soap (3 in 1 hand, body and hair liquid soap)
Sanitary paper & tissues
Foil paper and plastic wrap
3. What is Check-in/Check-out time?
Check-in time begins at 5:00 pm and Check-out time is 11 am.
A limited number of early check-ins and/or late check-outs are available provided that there are no guests arriving upon your departure or leaving prior to your arrival. Requests must be submitted in writing to our reservation specialists and approved in advance of arrival. However, we cannot guarantee the early check-in or late check-out request will be granted until just a few days prior to your arrival date .
4. What to do when I leave my Tremblant Living home?
Remove all food from the refrigerator and place all trash in exterior bins. Load and start the dishwashers. Close and lock all windows and doors. Set thermostat to 23C degrees for AC or 18 degrees for heat. Clean the grill with the brush provided. Tidy up outside including the decks, yard and pool area, if applicable. Entry codes will expire at 11:00 am on departure date. Guests must read and share the Rental Agreement signed at the time of your reservation which describes a full list of Rules and Conditions.
5. What are Tremblant Living rental policies and conditions?
We rent only to business travelers, family groups and responsible adults older than 30 years of age; adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests and are subject to approval
Any kind of house party/loud noise and music is strictly forbidden
Minimum noise outside after 9h30pm
No smoking – No pet
Check-in 5pm – check-out 11am
Deposit or full payment and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 2 days of making the reservation.
50% deposit is requested within 48 hours of booking and the other 50% (OR full payment) is to be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation – Stay is refundable if a written notice of cancellation is received at least 90 days before the date of arrival, less a fee of 10% of total amount before taxes. If the reservation is cancelled less than 90 days before the date of arrival, the stay is non- refundable. In that case, we will make every effort to rebook the unit and will refund for every night that is resold, up to the net amount paid to the owner by the new renter, with the exception of a 10% of total amount before taxes.
*Cancellation policy does not apply to high season rentals, unless unit is rebooked, as follows: Christmas week, New Year’s week, Presidents’ week, March Break, and August month. Consult our Sales team for specific dates.
6. What is Vacation Rental Damage Waiver Fee (DWF)?
You decided on a rental property so you could feel at home while on vacation. Don’t let the fear of losing your security deposit keep you from enjoying your time. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars up front, and waiting for a refund at the end of your stay, you can simply make a one-time payment of $60-$100 depending on the property. Avoid the hassles of checks and credit card holds. This fee will cover up to $1,200 for accidental or inadvertent damages only. A full description of the DWF is included in your Rental Agreement for you to consider before securing your reservation.
7. Can I arrange for a mid-stay clean?
A mid-stay housekeeping service is available upon request for an additional charge. The service includes; cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms and kitchen area, loading dishwasher, also more in depth service can be requested at an additional cost to have all bed linens changed. Please note that any request for mid-stay housekeeping will be subject to the companies cleaning schedule.

All deposits or installments provided are non-refundable. However, should Guest have to cancel their reservation they must do so in writing (this will be the official cancellation date). TL will try to rent the Property on a best effort basis. If the property is re-rented for all or part of the time cancelled, the installments paid at the time of cancellation, including the damage waiver fee will be returned should a replacement be found for the same dates and for the rental fee paid by new guest (up to equivalent of rental fees paid by guest cancelling reservations) minus an administration fee of $250.
There is no refund if the customer is a no-show or cancels part of or the whole reservation during (“Act of God” or the like, for instance adverse climactic conditions).
10. What arrival information should I expect to receive?
All relevant arrival instructions, which include property address, lockbox or electronic door code details information, will be sent to you approximately 7 – 10 days prior to arrival. Please note that we always contact our guests by phone at some point during the reservation process and before processing payments.
If for whatever reason you do not hear from us even if you have received a Rental Agreement already please give us a call to make sure you are dealing with the right rental agency.
