2. Are linens and towels provided at my vacation home, what else is included?

The following are some of the items included for all reservations :

  • Bed linens
  • Firewood – starter kit for properties with fire places (Sep-Apr)
  • Clothes detergent
  • Towels (3 sizes) (# of towels depends on property’s sleeping capacity)
  • Dishwasher soap
  • Dish towels/cloths
  • Hand soap (3 in 1 hand, body and hair liquid soap)
  • Sanitary paper & tissues
  • Paper towels
  • Foil paper and plastic wrap
  • Basic spices

3. What is Check-in/Check-out time?

Check-in time begins at 5:00 pm and Check-out time is 11 am.

A limited number of early check-ins and/or late check-outs are available provided that there are no guests arriving upon your departure or leaving prior to your arrival. Requests must be submitted in writing to our reservation specialists and approved in advance of arrival. However, we cannot guarantee the early check-in or late check-out request will be granted until just a few days prior to your arrival date .

4. What to do when I leave my Tremblant Living home?

Guests must read and share the Rental Agreement signed at the time of your reservation which describes a full list of Rules and Conditions.

  • Departure is at 11:00 a.m.
  • Place trash and recycling in respective exterior bins (Garbage – black, Recycling – Green)
  • Load and start the dishwasher
  • Unplug all small kitchen appliances
  • Log out of all apps; Netflix, SONOS, etc.
  • Close the metal curtains for all wood-burning fireplaces, if applicable
  • Turn off the gas valve for the BBQ, if applicable
  • Tidy up outside including the decks, yard, and pool area, if applicable
  • Turn off all lights
  • Close and lock all windows and doors, including patio doors

5. What are Tremblant Living rental policies and conditions?

  • We rent only to business travelers, family groups and responsible adults older than 30 years of age; adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests and are subject to approval.
  • Any kind of house party/loud noises and music are strictly forbidden.
  • Minimum noise outside after 9:30PM.
  • No smoking – No pets.
  • Check-in 5PM – Check-out 11AM
  • Deposit or full payment and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 2 days of making the reservation.
  • 50% deposit is requested within 48 hours of booking and the other 50% (OR full payment) is to be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  • A pre-authorization of $1000 will be taken on your credit card within 24 hours prior to your arrival as a security deposit. The amount will be released within 3-5 business days following your departure if the rental agreement has been respected.
  • Cancellation – Stay is refundable, minus a penalty. Please refer to the applicable to your reservation, seen in the rental policies

6. What is Vacation Rental Damage Waiver Fee (DWF)?

You decided on a rental property so you could feel at home while on vacation. Don’t let the fear of losing your security deposit keep you from enjoying your time. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars up front, and waiting for a refund at the end of your stay, you can simply make a one-time payment of $95-$200 depending on the property. Avoid the hassles of checks and credit card holds. This fee will cover up to $1,200 for accidental or inadvertent damages only. A full description of the DWF is included in your Rental Agreement for you to consider before securing your reservation.

7. Can I arrange for a mid-stay clean?

A mid-stay housekeeping service is available upon request for an additional charge. The service includes; cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms and kitchen area, loading dishwasher, also more in depth service can be requested at an additional cost to have all bed linens changed. Please note that any request for mid-stay housekeeping will be subject to the companies cleaning schedule.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

  1. 45 days prior to arrival: Deposit refundable less (5%) booking fee
  2. 44 to 31 days prior to arrival: Deposit non-refundable
  3. 30 days and less prior to arrival: Fully non-refundable


*Cancellation policy does not apply to high season rentals including Christmas week, New Year’s week, Presidents’ week. Consult our Sales team for specific dates.

Tremblant Living is a sales & marketing agent for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. We reserve the right to transfer guests to an equivalent property at our discretion if the one reserved becomes uninhabitable or unavailable. We also cannot be held responsible for short term interruptions of cable, internet, electricity, telephone, water nor for exterior noise that we cannot control.

10. What arrival information should I expect to receive?

All relevant arrival instructions, which include property address, lockbox or electronic door code details information, will be sent to you approximately 7 – 10 days prior to arrival. Please note that we always contact our guests by phone at some point during the reservation process and before processing payments.

If for whatever reason you do not hear from us even if you have received a Rental Agreement already please give us a call to make sure you are dealing with the right rental agency.

11. Are Pets Allowed?

Pets are welcome at select properties only.

If you’re staying here with your canine companion, please read carefully the rules and policies below:

  • A pet fee of 300$ plus taxes is mandatory
  • A maximum of two pets are allowed per property
  • Only dogs are accepted in the properties
  • Specific weight limit of 50 pounds, heavier pets will require permission from property manager
  • Pets are not allowed on the furniture, especially sofas and beds
  • You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet around the property land. Balconies should not be used for your pet’s spending area, if such a situation would occur please hose down with water as soon as possible.
  • Pet must not be outside of property fence without a leash
  • Any disturbances, such as barking, must be reduced to ensure that other properties around are not inconvenienced.
  • Please contact our Housekeeping Department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing your property if you have requested such a service. No attempt will be made to enter if there is a pet in the home, unless the owner is present.


You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property manager, its owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.

A refundable damage deposit is applicable to all guests traveling with their pet. The amount varies on the property chosen, ask your sales specialist for specification. Your property will be inspected for damage before releasing the security deposit. You agree to any penalties or security deposit deductions in case of violations of the rules or damages to the property.
