Meet The Team


Joan Bou

Joan started his career in marketing and sales in Spain before joining Trac Rehabilitatio D'edifics, where he became a partner and manager. In 2008, he worked for BC Ski Canada and managed a real estate project in Spain. In 2012, he purchased Tremblant Living, becoming the CEO of the leading luxury vacation rentals company in Mont-Tremblant. Since, Joan has been leading the TL team, inspiring and mentoring the team to achieve success in their mission . Joan has showcased expertise and leadership skills throughout his versatile career.


Nancy Lemire

In 2013, Nancy completed her Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and gained international experience in the hospitality industry during her time in Maine. She later joined Fairmont Tremblant as a Food and Beverage manager and subsequently filled in as a maternity leave replacement at Tremblant Living in 2017. Here, her exceptional ability to establish clear procedures and her profound passion for the industry led her to her current position as General Manager at Tremblant Living.


Lara Valiquette

Director of Operations


Lara is a seasoned hospitality professional with a diverse background. From being a sommelier at the renowned Hotel Le Quintessence to working as Activity Coordinator at the Hotel du Lac, she has amassed nine years of experience in restaurants and hotels. Her journey led her to Tremblant Living where she began in 2016 as a Home Experience agent, helping the Concierge team. In 2020 she was promoted to Director of Operations, where she oversees all aspects of a seamless operation.


Benoit Turpin

Director of Guest Services


Benoit completed a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in 2003 and has worked in over 12 hotels in various roles, including multiple opportunities in management. He joined Tremblant Living as the Sales Director in 2021 and was promoted to Director of Guest Services in 2023, where he utilizes his extensive experience to help drive the company's growth and success in the hospitality industry.


Elodie Dulac

Assistant to Director of Operations


Élodie has a bachelor's degree in Radiology and worked as a supervisor in the medical imaging field in Montreal for 10 years. She moved to Mont-Tremblant for a change of pace and career, where she joined Tremblant Living as the Assistant to the Director of Operations in 2022. Her coordination skills and passion for real estate make her a great fit for her new role, overseeing daily operations


Cathy Juteau

Administrative Assistant


Cathy began her career as a travel agent and worked for Alterra Mountain Co in various roles from Front Desk Agent to General Manager for 10 years. She embarked on a new journey with Tremblant Living in 2019 in Sales. Her drive for success is evident as she is currently finishing her diploma in administration to enhance her skills and knowledge as Administrative Assistant for Tremblant Living.


Nadine Gaudreault

Home Experience Supervisor


Nadine is a hospitality industry professional with a course in hotel service. She worked as a Restaurant Specialist at both Patrick Bermand and Fairmont Tremblant for 10 years before making a career change in 2019. She joined Tremblant Living's Home Experience Team and was promoted to Supervisor of the Home Experience team in 2023 due to her leadership skills and extensive experience.


Alexandre Aillaud

After completing his Master's degree in International Tourism and Hospitality in France in 2019, Alexandre headed to Fairmont Mont-Tremblant in 2020, then finished his journey with Tremblant Living in 2021.


Jonathan Krause-Juteau

Jean-Francois Duquette

Jean-François worked at Golf Le Blainvillier as Head of Department before moving to Mont-Tremblant. For the next 10 years, he served as the Mechanical Lift Manager at Alterra Mountain Co, ensuring the smooth operation of the resort's infrastructure. In 2019, he joined Tremblant Living and did different departments and is now a pilon in the Maintenance team, showcasing his versatility and dedication to professional growth.


Pierre Picard

Pierre is a jack-of-all-trades, having worked in various roles across different fields. As an entrepreneur, he owned multiple businesses. In 2020, he took on a new role as the head of Maintenance at Tremblant Living, combining his skills and passion for hospitality and customer experience. Pierre's motto, "la vie est belle" (life is beautiful) is just a glimpse at the positive energy and motivation he shares with the team at Tremblant Living.
