Once you’ve entered your condo, you will see a Welcome Tray.
Inside the Welcome Tray, you will see 3 types of Parking Passes.

2x Paper Pass
These 2 paper passes will have your specific arrival and depature dates. These passes must be placed on the dashboard of the vehicles parked in the designated 170-11 parking space in the garage.

1x Visitor Pass
This visitor pass is a thick pass with the word VISITOR on it. This pass must be placed on the dashboard of the vehicle parked in the VISITOR section in the garage. Please note that is the VISITOR pass is not left in the property upon departure, a $250 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for replacement.
