There are SO many events to check out during the summer in Mont Tremblant! When you stay in one of our luxurious and modern properties from Tremblant Living, you are literally just steps away from the best events and attractions during the summer months.

Canada Day

Canada Day is held in the pedestrian village in Mont Tremblant on July 1st, 2023! This festive day features animation, special activities, kid-friendly attractions, fun things to do, and public entertainers. We recommend getting here between 1 pm and 4 pm to take part in hula hoop games, flag raising, cake attesting, and live music.

Tremblant International Blues Festival

Enjoy five days of fun and music in the heart of Mont Tremblant! Wander around the pedestrian village between July 12th and July 16th to listen to over 100 free shows. We recommend spending the entire five days here listening to huge acts like Mike Deway, The Boogie Boys, Felix Slim, Cliff Stevens, Ga-20, Ammoye, and many more famous acts!

Bring your Kid on the Course!

Are you a fan of golf and spending time with your family? Then we can’t think of anything better than the ‘take a kid to the course’ day between July 3rd and July 6th at the Le Diable and Le Geant golf courses in Mont Tremblant! Instead of just sitting inside and watching movies and TV shows on your TV, you can teach your kid how to golf, and the proper way to swing and watch them get their very first hole-in-one.

Iron Man

‘Anything is possible’ when you do the Ironman in Mont Tremblant! This crucial race is a big part of the Winfast Ironman North America Series, held in the heat of Mont Tremblant, weaving its way through the pine forests and big mountains on the weekend of August 20th, 2023. The swim here is in a flat and calm lake, making it one of the best choices for beginners. You can also take part in the rolling bike course and the rolling run course.

Les Rythmes Tremblants: Latin Music Festival

This free outdoor music festival features Latino music and Mexican-influenced music and culture in a relaxed, laidback, and fun atmosphere. Featuring upbeat and rhythmic music that is going to really get your feet moving, this outdoor concert series features new and up-and-coming artists from Quebec and Canada.

West Trainz Parade

Check out this live music convoy with audio sculptures, reggae music, blues music, poetic lyrics, and many other art exhibits and experiences that you are going to remember for years and years. Head to the pedestrian village any time between July 25th and August 5 to dance to upbeat music and dance with your family and friends.

Folk Weekend

If you just haven’t had enough live music yet, then there are still many more festivals to check out during the hot summer months! The ‘Folk Weekend’ in Mont Tremblant between August 25 and 26 features folk music, local artists, acoustic covers, and other artistic expertise in the Place Saint-Bernard Tremblant in Mont Tremblant, Quebec.

Music and Colors

Stay in Mont Tremblant into the late summer months to stay for the Music and Colors event between September 16th and October 15th, 2023. This is the best time to make the most of the cooler weather, falling leaves on the trees, emptier hiking paths, and fewer crowds than you will find in the height of the summer.

Bonneville 808 Challenge

The Bonneville 808 Challenge is an upbeat, exciting, and adrenaline-filled event that is great for those who are beginner or moderate cyclists who want to push themselves to their physical and mental limits! We love the course of this famous race due to the variety of scenery, beautiful viewpoints, and rolling hills.

As much as we love the ski season in Mont-Tremblant, we can’t help but look forward to warmer days, and although spring is often a mixed bag of temperatures, it does offer the first signs that the warmth we seek is on the horizon. This excitement over the beauty and promise that spring provides also has us celebrating in ways big and small. From free concerts to classic ski exhibitions, (Hey, there will still be snow on the ground in the early days of spring!) there is always something fun and exciting to do in the season of promise and we at Tremblant Living invite you to join in the fun from the comfort of our seasonal sanctuaries! This guide to Mont-Tremblant spring activities and events will help you plan the Canadian vacation you will never forget!

Spring Musical Atmosphere, March 25-April 16

Music is the accompaniment to all the best celebrations and our celebration of spring, even as snow still blankets the ground and the ski slopes are still open, takes place in the form of live musical performances on the Place Saint-Bernard! Spending your afternoons reveling in the sunny skies listening to some of the most talented people in our country play their hearts out promises to bring memories you will cherish forever! Every day will bring a different performer, so prepare to be surprised!

The Legends Classic, March 26

Ski season doesn’t officially end until approximately April 16th, so of course there will be some last minute celebration of winter and the Legends Classic is the perfect example! Offering a slalom competition that is open to everyone and divided into age groups (our favorite is the legends group for skiers from 60-85+ years of age, because they have forgotten more stuff than we will ever know about the sport and they can still FLY!) Everyone is invited to participate, which gives winners bragging rights when they head back home at the end of their Mont-Tremblant getaway!

Caribou Cup, April 1

It may be getting warmer but the skiing activities keep coming and the Caribou Cup combines a little bit of winter, a little bit of spring, and a whole lot of crazy fun in one extra special event! Dressed in their craziest outfits, skiers of all skill levels attempt to ski (or snowboard!) down the slope and OVER a large pit of icy cold water waiting at the bottom of the hill! Don your top hat, toss a feather boa around your neck and give it a try, if you dare! Skiers who fail will end up swimming in the nearly frozen waters, offering an experience akin to the Polar Bear Plunge that is popular in the states!

Burton El Nino / El Rigleto, April 8

We remember one particular snowy weekend day, we had taken our kids sledding and we noticed that one child (off in the distance) was using his sled as a snowboard and as we scoffed and giggled and the child came closer, we suddenly realized that strange youngster was our own baby boy! Back then, snowboarding wasn’t as popular as it is today, but events like Burton El Nino/El Rigleto is changing all that. This snowboarding event takes place on April 8 in 2023 and is designed to bring the thrill of the sport to the younger generation! Open to everyone and costing absolutely nothing, expert boarders will impart their knowledge and transfer their passion for snowboarders to any children who has a spark of interest of their own!

Easter in Mont-Tremblant, April 9

The final holiday of the ski season, Easter, offers a fun celebration for the smallest members of your traveling party! Offering interactive games, face painting, and a visit from the Easter Bunny who, of course, will be passing out chocolates (because what is Easter without chocolate?) parents will be excited to be able to get one last ski trip in without having to worry about disappointing their children!

Corona Party at the Summit, April 15

Isn’t it ironic how all our Mont-Tremblant spring activities and events tend to celebrate the world’s favorite winter sport? Every year the end of the season brings a bit of melancholy into our lives, but the Corona Party at the Summit, held on almost the last day of ski season, helps us get past the sadness! This party celebrates skiing, the upcoming seasons, and life in general, offering barbecue, live music, games, and all the Corona you can drink! It might be time to put your skis away for the year, but this fun fiesta will make you forget about your “loss” at least for a little while!

Seasonal Sanctuaries

Every day will be filled with fun, music, and laughter and every evening and night will be filled with comfortable adventures you will remember forever when you choose Tremblant Living for your seasonal sanctuary. Reserve your favorite today!

Tremblant Gourmand Festival kicks off this Thursday and runs from September 18 to 28 in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. The first of its kind in North America, the Gourmand Festival describes itself as an adventure for the active epicurean and features 10 days of programming for the whole family.

The Mont-Tremblant Village will be filled with culinary demonstrations, exhibitors, and Oikos (who is a title sponsor of the event) will have their Snackmobile out giving away free samples. There will be a cookie-decorating station and a Smore’s bar! Learn how to make your own Nutella, get BBQ and grilling tips, and discover seasonal regional recipes.

The active portion of the event includes cyclo-gourmands, or gourmet bike tours, hiking, trail running, and even a wild mushroom-picking excursion!. These activities are held on Saturdays and Sundays, at 10 and 1 pm, departing from the Place Saint Bernard. Full schedule is available on the Tremblant Gourmand website (should we give the link here?). To participate you have to purchase a VIP Passport for $15, and all activities are free for Passport holders.

Food lovers also need to stretch, and Lole is organizing yoga and Zumba classes, open to all levels outside on the Place Saint Bernard. There will also be toning and stretching classes throughout the day, ending with a free Oikos snack.
