SPECTACULAR!!! .The home was absolutely perfect in size, location, and amenities. It was literally in brand new condition when we came in. We were a little skeptical about the home being a "townhome" instead of a detached single family but there was nothing about it that felt like a townhome. The beds were super comfortable, the linens so cozy. The kitchen came very well appointed. We are major foodies and found just about everything we needed (including FOUR fondue pots! LOL!). Anything we needed was a phone call away. The service was truly exceptional. Just be sure with all the emails you get that you get the separate one with check in instructions which is supposed to come the day before. Don't wait to look for it at the last minute like we did. It wasn't an issue in the end just FYI.The heaters in these homes work REALLY well, even when they're set to "off," so confirming what someone else said, don't try to pack all your heavy sweaters for hanging around the home time. A t-shirt in the house will be sufficient. We used the fridge fill service and OMG!!! PRICELESS!!! We ordered food for 3 meals a day for a group of 18 for 5 days & there may have been only 1-2 items that we had to supplement, we couldn't believe it. AMAZING! And they beautifully organized everything and put it away. They also organized a lovely wine tasting for us for one night and the presentation they provided was stunning!!! The concierge service has it down and I would HIGHLY recommend using them for what you need. In terms of Ski in/ski out, it's a bit more challenging if you're a snowboarder (flat spots, etc) but if you're a good snowboarder and learn where to get enough speed ahead of time, you can manage. The only minor challenge we had was with the transportation. There is an on call shuttle but they don't go everywhere & they take long lunches & breaks. The taxis also have limited service.
