The first month of 2015 is almost over. Have you started on any of your New Year’s Resolutions?

Most people’s new year’s resolutions tend to have a lot in common. People generally want to he be healthier and happier in their lives. Some of the most common New Year’s resolutions are:

  1. Spend more time with family.

We all understand that family comes first, but in these busy times, with work, school, and extra curricular activities, it is difficult to get everyone together in the same place! When you rent a Tremblant Living luxury chalet, you spend way more time together cooking, lounging, playing board games or billiards than you would in a hotel, for a comparable cost.

  1. Get more exercise

Who doesn’t want to me healthier, lose weight, and generally feel better? It is difficult to take time out of busy work days to get your heart rate up and your blood pumping. With Tremblant Living, you have access to the ski slopes of Tremblant, have a private yoga class in your chalet, or even use the gym facilities in some of our rentals!

  1. Relax

Relax… So much easier said than done! Stress is linked to many illnesses, and plagues most of north America today. Taking some time away, with family and friends is an important step in rest and rejuvenation, for both your body and your mind. All of our rentals have private hot tubs, or access to one, to help with that process. We also have the best massage therapists on call, to really relax you!

  1. Spend more time with nature

Studies show that the human brain needs time spent in nature to survive. Most of us, and most of our children, spend more than 8 hours a day staring at a screen, whether it be computer, phone, or TV. Reverse that process by spending time outside enjoying the many activities Tremblant has to offer. We do have high speed internet I all of our chalets, though, so don’t worry!
