Mont-Tremblant, world-renowned destination for all sorts of outdoor sports has become particularly popular in the triathlon community, due in part to the regions wonderful set up as a location to train for your Ironman, or any other triathlon. There is actually an IRONMAN information center, that is Open 7 days/7 from June 3 to September 5, 2016.

Swimming:
Our great many clean lakes offer a variety of options for Ironman athletes. Even better, though, is the marked out swimming course on the lake Tremblant. Access to this course is included in your IRONMAN registration, or if you are still training for next year’s race you can gain access by $5/ day or $50/ season.
Want to train all winter to? No problem, as Tremblant is now the proud home of a brand new aquatic complex featuring a 25 m swimming pool, built with Ironman athletes in mind.

Running:
Road running, trail running, mountain climbing! The region of Tremblant is quite literally our outdoor playground. You can find maps of the exact course online, but we have over 21kms of roads and paths for runners to train on. Practice cardio and endurance, or stamina by running up Tremblant itself!

Cycling:
This is a cycler’s paradise! 90kms of Ironman bike route are marked out, reaching from Labelle all the way to Lac Supérieur, gorgeous scenery and great quality roads the whole way. Do the whole thing or stay for few days and do the route in pieces, there are many spots to park your car along this route.
