Joan, originally from Barcelona, Spain, is an accomplished mountaineer and a passionate outdoor adventurer. His leadership character reflects both in his personal and professional endeavors in a diversity of fields such as: construction, property management, business development, financial management, mountaineering and trekking. With over 15 years of experience in business administration and team building, Joan was co-founder and manager of Trac (www.tracrehabilitacio.es), a Spain-based company specializing in restoring buildings with $10M in annual revenues. He was also a partner and founder of BCskicanada, a small company dedicated to back-country ski and mountaineering trips to Canada. Joan holds a degree in Economy and Business Administration. Passionate about the tourism industry, the culinary scene and the endless innovation in Hospitality. Nancy has numerous years of experience in event planning, hospitality and Food & Beverage management. In 2011, she decides to pursue her desire to have an impact on her industry and completes a Bachelors degree in Advanced Studies in International Hotel Management at ITHQ, in Montreal. Working in different luxury Hotels in Quebec as well as abroad, enabled her to acquire a broader vision of the Hospitality industry. She is motivated by her desire to constantly elevate the level of the quality of the customer experience. In 2013, she starts working for a luxury hotel on the mountain of Tremblant, and falls in love with the region.
In the summer of 2017, Nancy joins the dynamic team at Tremblant Living to remain an integrated part of the tourism industry of Tremblant and to assist the clientele in luxury property rentals.
Drawn to the mountains, Claire left the Outaouais region for Mont-Tremblant in 1997 to enjoy the area’s beauty 4 seasons per year.
With over 17 years experience in sales, tourism and in the hotel industry, Claire is an excellent communicator that has a vast knowledge of the Mont-Tremblant area. College graduate in tourism in 2000, Maite has been working in this industry ever since, gaining most of her experience working abroad; first in Peru and Bolivia as a tour guide, then in Mexico and Spain in the hotel and travel industry and finally in Cuba as a destination representative. Since her return in Canada, Maite has specialized in high end property rentals and she loves to share her knowledge of the Mont-Tremblant region.

Sue grew up in Mont Tremblant and comes with a long history in guest and homeowner service. She enjoys living the mountain lifestyle and her deep passion for the outdoors led her to become a talented skiing instructor in Tremblant and New Zealand. Sue brings years of experience in project management for Real Estate Development (RED) which equipped her with a thorough understanding, knowledge and the skills necessary to establish detailed schedules, priorities and deadlines that are so critical to our multifunctional Hospitality and Concierge services success.
Born in Montreal, she builds her life and her commitments around the proverb ‘practice is the basis of theory’. Passionate and creative, for several years she coordinates international cinema festivals (FFM, FIFA, Student festival) and then moves onto working in cinematographic productions.
Studying at Concordia university in business administration,in 1995, she co-founds her own business, combining at the same banner the coordination of events and catering services. She drives several events and the organization of banquets for the Jet Setters of Montreal and Toronto.
In 2004, wanting new challenges, she leaves for Cuba working for a Canadian tour operator bringing improvements in the customer service area. She will also inspect and align the hotels to be on the same level of quality and hygiene as the North American standards. In 2015, after more than ten years in Cuba, she will choose to return to Canada and will be the executive housekeeper of one of the best five stars hotel of the Laurentian’s region. Two years later, she joins the Tremblant Living team.
A sports and adventure enthusiast, Jean-François gained his experience in the hotel industry whilst discovering the Canadian territory. From prestigious hotels in downtown Ottawa to rustic cabins in the middle of the Canadian Rockies, he has acquired vast experience that allows him to adapt to any situation and personalize his customer service to meet guest expectations. With 15 years of experience including 8 as hotel reception director, he finds his motivation in the smile of a happy customer and work well executed. Resident of Mont-Tremblant for 6 six years now and father of three, he will be happy to share his knowledge of the area to improve your stay in our beautiful region.
Lara has lived in the Mont-Tremblant region for over 17 years and has worked in a number of customer service positions throughout her career. From manager of the number one bistro bar in North America, to wine specialist at a four-diamond restaurant in the area, she has always excelled in her many roles. Through her current work as a hospitality specialist with Tremblant Living, Lara shares her passion for her hometown and all its natural beauty. She considers herself lucky to live surrounded by nature, mountains and lakes, which she gets to enjoy regularly through her favourite outdoor sports and activities. She also has a great appreciation for arts and culture. Growing up she spent long periods of time in San Miguel De Allende GTO with her father, a world-renowned artist. Since then Lara has kept her Mexican roots present in her current life. Sharing her love and experience for the region of Mont-Tremblant is something she truly loves. Originally from Europe, Juliette has lived in Mont-Tremblant for close to 20 years, working mostly in real-estate development as an administrator. She enjoys almost everything Tremblant has to offer from skiing and snowshoeing in the winter to skiing and wake-surfing on the lake in summer. Mother of two boys, she has joined the Tremblant Living team in a part-time role as an office manager. Like her co- workers, Juliette knows the area inside-out and would be happy to share or hear all about your vacation highlights!
With a background in event planning and marketing, Rivkah is a natural host and loves meeting new people. For this reason she knew tourism would be her calling. She believes everything in life should be taken as an opportunity for adventure and tries to live every day with that in mind. Rivkah is also a yoga teacher and hike leader. She is a recent resident of the Mont-Tremblant area, and is eager for you to visit this beautiful region and share her passion for outdoor recreation.
